New Delhi, September 22, 2025: BMW Ventures Ltd, a distributor of steel products with diversified businesses, has fixed the price band of its forthcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) at ₹94 to ₹99 per equity share. The initial public issue will open on September 24, 2025, and close on September 26, 2025.
The IPO is a completely new issue of 2.34 crore equity shares, whereby the Bihar-based firm hopes to raise ₹231.66 crore.
BMW Ventures intends to utilize approximately ₹173.75 crore of the IPO proceeds to fund its working capital needs, with the rest going towards general corporate expenses.
Business Profile
Majorly involved in distributing steel products, BMW Ventures also deals with:
Trading of tractor engines and spare parts
Production of PVC pipes
Construction of pre-engineered buildings and steel girders
The diversified portfolio will be able to further boost its market presence in various industrial sectors.

The allotment of IPO shares of the company shall be completed on or before September 29, and the trading on the BSE and NSE will start from October 1, 2025.
Financial Performance
At the higher price band, the firm is worth approximately ₹858 crore. BMW Ventures earned a profit of ₹32.8 crore in FY2025, up 9.6% over ₹29.9 crore in FY2024. The revenue of the company increased 6.4% during the same time, reaching ₹2,062 crore from ₹1,938.2 crore.
Merchant Banker
Sarthi Capital Advisors has been mandated as the sole merchant banker for the issue.
Outlook
Industry analysts are of the view that BMW Ventures’ diversified business and consistent financials make this IPO a good bet for retail as well as institutional investors. The issue timing, consistent with an active season for IPOs, is likely to attract robust participation from market players.
